Black Sheep Lamb Bulgolgi Bowl

– Ground Black Sheep Plant Based Lamb 
– 1 packet of Spicy Bulgolgi Marinade from Om Som, other brand of choice, or homemade 
– Chopped scallions
– Jasmine rice (or rice of choice)
– 2-3 tablespoons of Kimchi 
– Sliced cucumber 
– Chili crisp 
– Toasted sesame seeds 
1. Combine Black Sheep and Bulgolgi Marinade in a bowl. 
2. Stir to coat Black Sheep evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes or overnight for bolder flavor.
3. On medium high heat, heat 1 tsp cooking oil in the skillet for 1 minute. 
4. Add Black Sheep, and cook for 3-4 minutes until caramelized and cooked through. 
5. Top with scallions, sesame seeds, cucumbers, and kimchi, and you’re done! Serve over rice of choice.
